Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from Hotel Corbin.

Rates and Taxes
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are per room, per night, unless otherwise stated.
Displayed rates do not include applicable taxes, namely:

• Goods and Services Tax (GST);
• Québec Sales Tax (QST);
• Québec Lodging Tax.

PRIVACY POLICY – IDENTITY VERIFICATION

To ensure the safety and security of our guests, employees, and facilities, Hotel Corbin may require a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

The information collected is used solely to:

• verify the identity of the reservation holder;
• prevent fraud and unauthorized use;
• comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements;
• ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.

Personal information is treated confidentially and is accessible only to authorized employees or service providers acting on our behalf. It is never sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

Unless otherwise required by law, we retain this information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.

In accordance with applicable privacy legislation, you may request access to your personal information, request corrections, or obtain additional information regarding our privacy practices by contacting us.

HOTEL cORBIN POLICIES

To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies during your stay.

Respect and Quiet Enjoyment

Hotel Corbin is committed to maintaining a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Parties, gatherings, or any activity likely to disturb other guests are not permitted.

Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Registered guests may welcome visitors until 11:00 p.m. After this time, only guests registered on the reservation are permitted to remain on the premises.

Smoking and Vaping Policy

Hotel Corbin is a 100% smoke-free property.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in guest rooms, common areas, and on the terrace.

A $500 CAD cleaning and restoration fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
